Upcoming Programs: Nalandabodhi Monday Night Class
February 8th - March 15th Carmen Rumbaut began to offer the Nalandabodhi curriculum last year to the Madison Shambhala Center and she returns this year with further classes from Dzogchen Punlop Rinpoche’s series. more info
Shambhala Arts Day

Learn to Meditate
April 5th Every first Monday of the month, from 7-8pm (in lieu of regular meditation), the Meditation Instructors and Shambhala Guides offer group meditation instruction and introduction. An hour-long experience, the instructor gives a sense of context for meditati more info
Shambhala Training Level II: Birth of the Warrior
April 9th - April 11th Having experienced a taste of basic goodness, we want to go forward. Meditation practice allows us to observe how we create a cocoon of habits to mask our fear. We begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to experiencing basic goodness. more info
Miksang Contemplative Photography Level II
April 17th - April 18th For the first time ever, a complete Level II program will be taught by local senior teacher Miriam Hall: Level II April 17-18 (Saturday and Sunday), 9-5 both days.
