    An introduction to a simple meditation practice that enables us to tame the mind. Through the practice of “peaceful abiding” meditation we train ourselves to recognize and release distracting thoughts and emotions, allowing the mind to regain its inherent stability, clarity, and strength. For beginners as well as people who would like to review and stabilize their meditation practice.


    The program is free and no registration required.
