    Room: Shrine Hall
Please join The Path of Transformation Class in it's practice and study session of the Sadhana of Mahamudra this  Saturday, November 9 to learn about and practice the Sadhana of Mahamudra.
The Sadhana of Mahamudra was composed by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1968 while in Bhutan on a pilgrimage during a time he was trying to envision how to bring the essence of the dharma to the West.
In the practice of this Sadhana, we use the full creative power of mind to connect with our innate wisdom and compassion.  The Sadhana contains many of the elements associated with Vajrayana practices and is an excellent introduction to the imagery and power of Sadhana practice.
    Our schedule for the morning:
    •  9:00 AM  Morning Chants & practice
    • 10:00 AM Talk on the Sadhana of Mahamudra
    • 11:00 AM  Sadhana practice, sitting, Q&A
    • 12:30 PM  End

You are welcome to come just for the practice of the Sadhana, if you prefer.
